Filippo Loreti

Retro Chrono Verde

Retro Chrono | Verde

The Retro Chrono Verde is Filippo Loreti's most visually arresting piece — a cushion case chronograph with a deep green sunburst dial that fades from emerald at the center to near-black at the outer registers. The gold-tone case and pushers give it a vintage racing character reminiscent of 1970s competition chronographs, without the complications of sourcing the real thing. This example is brand new and unregistered. Retail is $190 direct from Filippo Loreti. We're moving it at $149 — below our cost — to make room. If you've been curious about the brand or want a conversation-starting chronograph at a price that doesn't hurt, this is the one.

In hand, inspected, and ready to ship.

  • 42mm cushion stainless steel case, gold PVD

Rado

Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Skeleton

R32192152

The Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Skeleton blends modern materials with aggressive industrial design. Matte black ceramic keeps the watch lightweight and stealthy, while warm rose gold-tone accents add contrast and depth. The open-worked dial and exhibition caseback show the automatic movement from both sides, giving the piece a technical character that feels equal parts motorsport instrumentation and contemporary architecture. This example is brand new and unworn — never on a wrist — with a card dated April 2026.

In hand, inspected, and ready to ship.

How I curate

Nothing here is filler.

Each watch earned its place for dial character, movement story, proportions on the wrist, or because it does something better than its peers. I do not chase volume. I build a collection I would stand behind in a room of serious collectors.

Concierge

The same eye I use for my collection, applied to yours.

I offer concierge guidance for collectors who want a specific reference, a first serious purchase, or a discreet exit from something that no longer fits the rotation.

  • Sourcing and acquisition

Reference-focused help finding the right piece, weighing alternatives, and knowing when patience is smarter than forcing a buy.

  • First serious watch guidance

A low-pressure way to learn sizing, movements, service realities, and what actually makes sense as a first meaningful mechanical watch.

  • Authentication and due diligence

A second set of eyes on photos, paperwork, seller quality, and the questions worth asking before committing real money.

  • Trade and placement

Thoughtful advice on what to move, what to keep, and how to exit a watch cleanly when it no longer belongs in the rotation.

Industrial heritage

Toledo precision, a personal standard.

The Glass City built America's glass and machine-tool industries on tolerances measured in microns. That heritage informs how I run this practice.
